We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless a mistake is made on our part. This is because most items are handmade to order. Be sure to check our sizing guide if you are unsure about the fit.
When it comes to shipping we cannot guarantee a delivery date, especially during the holiday season. We also are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a package is returned to us we will contact you via the e-mail you provided us. From there you will have 30 days to respond and we will be able to send you another product link to purchase a new shipping label.
